We all know how important music can be when working out. The right song can give you the extra push you need to get through your reps or that last mile. But what makes a good workout song?
studies have shown that music with a fast tempo can help increase your endurance and heart rate, while music with a slower tempo can help you stay in the zone and maintain your focus. But at the end of the day, it comes down to what gets you pumped up and motivated to keep going.
We’ve compiled a list of some of our favourite songs to help get you motivated, whether you’re hitting the gym, going for a run, or taking a yoga class.
