How to Make B'liev Ice Cream:
- Start by grabbing your favourite ice lollies mould. It doesn't matter what shape it is; just make sure you have wooden sticks for the ice-cream as well.
- Next, take your favourite shake from B'liev and pour it into the mould, over the wooden stick.
- Once the mould is filled, place it in the freezer for a few hours; I like to leave mine in for at least 3 hours.
- Finally, take the mould out of the freezer and...voila! You've got yourself a healthy, high-protein treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Enjoy!
