A High-Protein, Low-Sugar Ice-Cream Recipe? Yes Please!

B'liev it or not, this recipe for high-protein, low-sugar ice-cream is not only delicious, but it's also good for you! How to Make B'liev Ice Cream: 

  1. Start by grabbing your favourite ice lollies mould. It doesn't matter what shape it is; just make sure you have wooden sticks for the ice-cream as well.
  2. Next, take your favourite shake from B'liev and pour it into the mould, over the wooden stick.
  3. Once the mould is filled, place it in the freezer for a few hours; I like to leave mine in for at least 3 hours.
  4. Finally, take the mould out of the freezer and...voila! You've got yourself a healthy, high-protein treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Enjoy!
