Snacks that Fuel Your WorkDay

When you’re working, it’s important to stay fueled and energized. But grabbing a bag of chips or cookies from the vending machine isn't going to do much for your productivity. Here are some snacks that will keep you full while also providing you with the nutrients you need to stay productive throughout the day.

Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a great way to get your daily fibre and protein intake, as well as having other health benefits. To make them, simply combine rolled oats with yoghurt and chia seeds in a jar or container and leave them overnight. The next morning, add fresh fruit like blueberries or banana slices for an extra nutrient kick!

Raw Nuts

Raw nuts are an excellent snack because they provide essential fatty acids, proteins, fibres, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals. They’re also high in calories which will help keep you full throughout the day. Try packing a few handfuls of almonds or walnuts into a small baggie for easy snacking.

Protein Shakes

Protein shakes are one of the best ways to get your protein in without having to cook or prepare anything beforehand. B'liev protein shakes are ready to drink and can be drunk straight out of the fridge. B'liev is high in protein, low in sugar and high in fibre. Fruit Smoothies

Smoothies are an easy way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables in one convenient drink. Add your favourite fruits like strawberries, bananas or apples along with some spinach leaves (for an extra nutrient boost!) into a blender with some almond milk or coconut water and blend until smooth! You can even add Greek yoghurt for an extra burst of protein if needed.

Conclusion: Eating healthy snacks throughout the day is key to staying energized at work. Opting for nutrient-dense options like overnight oats, raw nuts, protein bars and fruit smoothies will help keep you full while also providing essential vitamins and minerals necessary for optimal performance throughout the day! So skip those bags of chips from the vending machine—your body (and wallet) will thank you later!
